What is AI character swap?
You give it a video of a person and one image of a character. It replaces the person with your character and keeps everything else: the movement, the timing, the background and the audio. It looks like the character was filmed in that scene.
What do I need to get started?
A video of a person, up to 2 minutes and 2 GB, in MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV. Plus one clear image of your character as a JPG, PNG or WebP. A person facing the camera works best.
How long can the video be?
Up to 2 minutes. You can also mark parts of the clip to keep as the original, so only the parts you pick get swapped.
Does it keep the original voice?
Yes. The original audio stays on the video. If your character needs a different voice, turn on voice change and it gets a new one.
Can the character lip sync?
Yes. Turn on lip sync and the mouth follows the words. It is made for short talking clips: each swapped part can be up to 14 seconds long.
How long does a swap take?
