How do credits work?

Every plan comes with credits each month. A video, an image or a carousel costs a set number of credits, and you see the price before you hit generate. If something fails, the credits come back on their own.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Buy a credit pack (from $10 for 50 credits) or move up a plan. Upgrades give you the new credits right away. We never bill you for overages you did not choose.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits from packs are different: they stay on your account while it is active.
