## How it works

1. Say what your video is about in a sentence or two.
2. Pick the type of video: short-form, ad, YouTube video or product demo.
3. Hit Generate. Read the script out loud once, fix anything that sounds off, then film.

## The script formula this generator uses

Every script it writes follows the same four parts. Good videos use them whether the writer knows it or not.

| Part | Its job | Time in a 30-second video |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Hook | Stop the scroll. Say the problem or the payoff right away. | 0 to 2 seconds |
| Setup | Show why it matters to this viewer. | 2 to 8 seconds |
| Value | Teach, show or demo the thing they came for. | 8 to 25 seconds |
| Call to action | Tell them exactly what to do next. One thing. | Last 3 to 5 seconds |

- People speak about 150 words a minute. A 30-second script is around 75 words. A 60-second script is around 150.
- Write for the ear. If a line is hard to say out loud, it's too long.

## FAQ

### Is this AI script generator free?

Yes. It's free with no sign-up, within fair-use limits.

### How long should a video script be?

Count on about 150 spoken words per minute. A 30-second TikTok or ad needs roughly 75 words. A 60-second Short needs about 150. A 10-minute YouTube video needs around 1,500. Pick the video type and the generator sizes the script for you.

### What makes a good video script?

A hook that lands in the first two seconds, one clear idea in the middle and one call to action at the end. Short sentences that sound like a person talking. Most weak scripts fail at the hook or try to say five things at once.

### Can it write scripts for YouTube videos, not just Shorts?

Yes. Pick YouTube video and you get a full script for the opening minute plus a beat-by-beat outline for the rest, so you can see the whole video before you write it all.

### Do you save what I type?

We don't store your inputs. Your text is sent to an AI model to write the script, so leave out anything confidential.
